Express any trapped air, seal and place on the adherent bubble packing to one side of the container with the closed end towards the top of the container.
For Clinical Samples:-
Ensure the caps on specimen bottles are tightly engaged and place them upright in the NOAX container.
Place the container upright on the adherent bubble packing to one side of the container.
Remove the bung from the metallised bag and fill with ice -
Express any trapped air and replace the bung firmly.
Distribute the ice evenly throughout the bag then place upright on the adherent bubble packing at one side of the container. Lean the top of the bag to the opposite side so as to cover the samples.
Pack the space remaining above the ice bag with the bubble packing -
Enclose in the remaining plastic bag details of the samples and place on top of the bubble packing.
CLOSURE OF CONTAINER AND RETURN
Replace the lid with the arrows aligned. Lock the lid in place by moving the handle down and insert the security seals through the handle and lid on both sides.
Engage the seals and add the courier label to the top of the box.
