CONFIDENTIALITY OF CONTRACT RESEARCH
Mycoplasma Experience is an independent company providing highly specialised services to International Organisations.
As the number of facilities capable of supplying such a specialised service is limited there will, inevitably, be occasions when competing companies require our attention.
The maintaining of confidentiality of results is recognised as essential for continued confidence and, unless research is published, we eschew release of a client base. Should possible conflicts of interest between companies arise, or between Mycoplasma Experience and clients, this will be drawn to the attention of the client(s).
Where information from a study requires release to a third party, the client will have sight of the material to be released for prior approval.
The above approach is irrespective of any specific Confidentiality Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION
On occasion, the testing of cell culture samples, vaccine samples or veterinary samples may detect the presence of mycoplasmas or particular pathogens.

For the execution of Contract Research studies, the receipt of mycoplasma strains from other laboratories, or the isolation of strains from clinical or veterinary material in our laboratories, may be necessary.
Cultures obtained for such studies remain the property of the client on whose behalf the isolates were obtained. The mycoplasma cultures are stored in an alarmed -
